BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
- A Valid credit card (AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, MASTER, DINERS CLUB, JCB and BCA Credit Card) is required to guarantee your reservation. You can choose to enter credit card details on a secure server or you can send them to us by fax.
- Guaranteed Room Reservation
Deposit by cash, guarantee letter or present credit card (credit card swipe) at the hotel is required for guaranteed room reservation; otherwise, room reservation released by 6 pm on the day of arrival. - Cancellation & No Shows
Cancellation - 1 (one) night room charge on the total number of rooms reserved will apply if the guest cancels on the same date of the arrival date
- 50% of one night room charge on the total number of rooms reserved will apply, if the guest cancels two days before arrival date
No Show
- Should there be “No Show” on the scheduled date of arrival for all confirmed reservation, one night room charge will apply
